Hello from the beach!  I have enjoyed helping resort buyers and sellers for over 14 years here on the Waccamaw Neck and becoming the leading Realtor for Resort sales. Growing up in Columbia SC this area was my favorite vacation spot. After graduation from the University of South Carolina and a twenty year career flying in the Air Force, my wife Nancy and I returned to our favorite spot and purchased an older home on Pawleys Island. We learned much about the local area and after a year of renovation we moved permanently into Pawleywog, our present home on Pawleys.  

Since that time I have teamed with Pawleys Island Realty in my second career, with a promise to bring you the best in real estate services. I chose Pawleys Island Realty due to their reputation for excellence that rewards customer loyalty. I believe the decision to purchase real estate on our coast is extremely important and should be made based on complete knowledge of our area and market. My job is to be fully informed on both and offer this knowledge coupled with marketing and negotiation experience to optimize your purchase or sale here on the Waccamaw Neck. it is not just a great place to visit but a wonderful place to live all year long.
